Below is the itinerary and permission slip for the upcoming Pre-UIL Concert. This permission slip needs to be turned in on Tuesday, February 21.

This week your student was given an order form for tickets to the March 4th McNeil Band and Guard Pancake Breakfast. Our band program receives $5 from each ticket sold before the breakfast using these forms, so please look for the form, fill it out, and join the McNeil Band at this fun event!! Feel free to take orders from friends and neighbors as well. Orders will be filled at school and sent home with your student. Please make checks out to McNeil Band Boosters.
This year’s breakfast will be held from 7:00-11:00 am Saturday, March 4 at St. Philip’s United Methodist Church on Great Oaks Dr. near Cedar Valley Middle School. There will also be a bake sale and a huge silent auction at the event. A slideshow showing high school band activities will be running throughout the morning, and the McNeil Drumline is currently scheduled to perform at 9:00 am with the Jazz Band following at 10:00 am. Other student ensembles will be performing as well.
It should be a lot of fun, so please come out, support our band program, and order your tickets today! 🙂

Today your children should be bringing home a fundraising packet!
25% of what your child raises will go directly into their Trip Account. This is a great way for our students to offset this expense. Many students have completely paid off their balance in the past!
25% of what your child raises will go into the band activity account. Our program goal is to raise enough money to purchase some MUCH NEEDED instruments for the band program.
We understand that many of you may wish to opt out of participating in this Fundraiser. If you so desire, you may make a monetary donation directly to the band program.
All checks should be made payable to CeVMS Band.
